How It Works

PDF Fill & Sign makes collecting electronic signatures simple. Here’s how it works in four easy steps:


1️⃣ Upload Your PDF

Go to PDF Sign & Fill → Templates in your WordPress admin. Upload any fillable PDF document (contracts, agreements, waivers, forms). The plugin automatically detects all form fields in your PDF.


2️⃣ Configure Fields

Customize how each field appears to users. Set friendly labels, mark fields as required, configure signature placement, and map fields to database columns for easy searching and export.


3️⃣ Collect Signatures

Embed the signing form on any page using a simple shortcode or Gutenberg block. Users fill out the form fields and draw their signature using mouse, touch, or stylus. Works on desktop and mobile.

4️⃣ Manage & Export

All signed documents are stored securely in WordPress. View agreements in the admin dashboard, download signed PDFs, see captured field data, and export everything to CSV. Optional email notifications keep you informed of new signatures.
